Hello,
I purchased traffic service from one service provider but I didn't receive any traffic yet. He doesn't send traffic and doesn't any answer my query. I want to refund from this scammer.

Did you completed the order delivery?
If not than wait for the delivery.
When the scammer delivery the order: than reject that order and you will get return back your money.
If you completed the order than check the scammer user level.
If he is level 3+ and if it is 24 hours plus than you may contact with customer care.
