I accepted custom order from an old clients but at 'all revenue' no balance added. Even I can't find this custom order in my manage sales. Total order numbet remain like before. Why? Is it normal? Why can't I find this order anywhere excep inbox?

if he missed this step, the order will not start, and therefore it will not be showing in your page, neither you will get an alert about new order.
try to contact the buyer, and see if he's still interested in his last custom order. He may complete the final step and launch the custom order.
