    Why no bad review when order is cancelled?

    I have ordered a couple of times on here and half the sellers don't do their job and do not even respond to messages asking if they are still going to do it. All these sellers have 5 star ratings only and if I cancel nothing happens at all. They should be awarded one star for pulling crap like this, why is this not possible?

    If you cancel the order, there is no option to leave a negative rating. Though you can leave a comment under the 'Buyer Comment' tab on any service. It's not really the same as the seller will usually just report it as spam. Some sellers will purposefully request mutual cancellation if they think you are going to be trouble, just to avoid that negative rating. It might not seem fair, but that option is open to the buyer also. You are not stuck with an order delivery if it doesn't suit your needs.
