The money will usually be back in your SEOclerks account in 24 to 72 hours which is one to three days.
If you don't see the money within your profile/account, be sure the service was actually canceled and it's wasn't submitted for a mutual cancellation. Sometimes a buyer or seller will submit for a mutual cancellation and think everything is finished. If you (the buyer) submitted for a mutual cancellation and the seller does not respond to it, it will take a few days to process and you won't see the money until a week or so later when the action gets auto-approved.
Contact the seller directly if you're still in the mutual cancellation phase or submit a support ticket if you've finished the cancellation and haven't seen the money go back into your profile after a couple days.
