Hi, am writting to you because i paid for an order to a vendor " spotlightseo" through bitcoin and i haven't received any confirmation email ever since. I paid using an external wallet but i don't think that should be a problem because money is money it doesn't matter. I will be waiting for your reply. Thanks

I understand your problem. If your payment is success from your bitcoin site or wallet then it must be created to your seoclerk account or may be paid for your order but after payment make sure you have given details of your job to seller as per their requirement. Once you give him on order page he will start work on your order. Ask seller if he got order or not may be your order is in pending state since you have not provided any details. If it happened with you then seller also cannot do anything it must be updated from your side.
