Hi-
I am a new buyer in Seoclerk. I have purchased various services from various sellers. I just want to know , If I am not happy with the service of any seller or he/she does not deliver the job then how can I ask for a refund or cancel my order ?

On the order page, the page where you submitted your details to get the job started, you will see at the bottom where you can submit a message to the seller. There will be a tab down there that says "Mutual Cancellation" and when you click on it you'll see a new box open up. This is where you can submit for a mutual cancellation and get your money back.
If the seller doesn't respond within 5 days of your mutual cancellation request, your funds will automatically be deposited back into your account.
If the seller responds and denies the mutual cancellation, you can either work it out with them or contact the help desk HERE to get it resolved quickly. The moderator managing your ticket will go over what has gone on, look over your conversation with the seller, and likely rule it in your favor if you truly didn't get what you were supposed to or the order is taking far too long.
