I want to place an order but I'm not able to add funds nor I'm able to place an order.
Can anyone tell me what's the problem here?

If there is no infraction here that is preventing you from purchasing you may want to contact your bank or PayPal to see if they are restricting your payments for some reason. This has happened to me in the past and I didn't find out until I went to put gas in my card and realized I couldn't because my card was frozen. I had to call my bank and let them know that I still had my card and my recent online purchases weren't fraudulent. Luckily, I had enough gas to get home lol.
As for PayPal debit cards, you'll have to contact them directly and see if they have limited/suspended your card or account. If your account is suspended and needs to be verified, do it quickly because the process can take some time. Once everything is good within PayPal then you shouldn't have a problem purchasing here.
Or is there something else that might be going wrong with your account and/or purchasing?
