Keyword missing in Description and Keywords Meta Tags !
Sitemap is not there in Directory !
Robots.txt missing !
People Attract towards large nos. crap backlinks but now days they must concentrate on Quality backlinks if you will ask me what is difference between quality backlinks and crap backlinks.
Then i must say in recent 3 months i place 4 website on top of google with High Keyword Compt.
and You will surprised to know that i used hardly 200-300 Backlinks for that ! but that are from the authorized side and with Full Strategies and even HIGH PR2+ atleast.

I guess the keywords that you tag your contents can make a big difference if they will be relevant and quite unique because the search engines are also using the keywords in the same fashion as they use the backlinks. Am I right when I say that a keyword and backlink are equal in the eyes of the search engines? Anyway, the keyword should be directly related to the contents of the particular web page and not to the niche of the site because the niche of the site is always broad in terms of description but the content of the web page is specific.

Common mistake in seo is using "backlinks tool" , this tools doesn't help you, quite the contrary google "may" penalize your website if you use them.

My take on the mortal sin of a website regarding SEO capability is the duplicate content. If you want to ruin the SEO capability of your website, try uploading contents that you copied from popular websites and surely your SEO ranking will be destroyed. And it’s not just a whole article that we are talking about. From what I had read in the discussions on this site about SEO, even just one line copied from another site will pull down the ranking of your website in the search engine list.
