When you start selling SEO services online you quickly figure out it's a lot of work, but you may not have all the time in the world to do this, so you may want to start reselling services at a markup and keeping the profits. Don't worry, this is perfectly legal, and there are plenty of people doing this already and making a full-time income from it.
I've sold thousands of packages that I've done none of the work for, I guess you could say I'm a power seller of other peoples services! I don't consider myself an affiliate when I resell other peoples services, because I'm keeping all of the information and the service provider doesn't know the website isn't mine. I'm writing this discussion because I was talking to someone earlier today and they were telling me how difficult it is to make money online. I told them I already made $125 today and I don't have to do any of the work besides forwarding the website information to be used within the service and I keep all the profits. They were pretty astonished at what I did, and they quickly asked how they could do it, but it's not something you can set up in a day and understand in detail right away. Now, if you have some experience with websites and how to do SEO, you can get up and be running in a day or two and start making money online easily 
Search for cheap services that offer a lot
There are plenty of these kinds of services here, you just need to do a basic search for what you want to sell on your website and find the cheapest ones that have a lot involved in them. If you're selling backlinking services, find something that offers a decent link diversity and costs between $1 and $5. The service itself doesn't have to be amazing, just find something that looks good on paper and will be seen as a service every website owner needs to have.
I've noticed that a lot of new website owners will try to find an affordable service that offers then the most backlinks possible, so even if you sell a 200,000+ backlink package for $50 you will get a decent amount of sales. You may only pay $1 to $10 for the service, keep the profits, and your customers will still be happy they paid a fraction of a penny for each backlink
Filter out level 1 and level 2 sellers
One of the main things I do when searching for something to resell is filtering out anyone that is new or just above new in terms of level. I will filter out anyone with a level 1 or level 2 profile, leaving me with anyone that is level 3 or higher.
You can definitely find some great services with a level 1 or level 2 profile, but I like to play it safe and only work with people who have achieved level 3 or higher.
Set up a quick website to sell SEO services
Your website doesn't have to be the most advanced, it just needs to have a decent design as well as a few pages within it. You'll need a decent homepage, a privacy policy page, a TOS page, an about us page, a contact us page, and you'll definitely need a refund policy for later on.
Take some time setting up your website and make it look as good as you can, without bringing in a programmer just yet to make everything extravagant. You can always bring in a designer or programmer to tweak your website later on when you're making more money, but it's not necessary in the beginning, so focus more on building your own pages for now and boosting your traffic.
Set up an Adwords, Facebook, and Bing Ads campaign
After you have everything above set up, you will now need to bring in some amazing traffic that will convert into sales. Setting up an Adwords campaign is likely going to be the best for your sales, so start there and optimize it as much as possible so you generate more sales.
After your Adwords account is bringing in a decent amount of sales each day, focus on the other platforms and see how well you can do over there
Be the middleman with every order
If you think about it, you're just the middleman for this entire process, but the customer thinks you're doing everything for them You're capturing the sale, sending the information along with some cash to the freelancer here, and keeping the profits for yourself. If you sell something for $50 and it only costs you $5, that's a $45 profit for each order that is made
You will need to talk with the customer whenever they have a question, send reports whenever you get them from the freelancers, and make sure you get your orders done on time so you don't get any disputes or chargebacks from angry customers. If you can do this, you can easily make money reselling SEO service
In conclusion
If you know how to set up a website, set up an Adwords campaign as well as use other advertising platforms, and send all the reports that come in then you can definitely make money reselling SEO services. You're essentially just handling a lot of information between the customer and the freelancer, keeping the profits, and building your sales upward as much as you can

It's not too difficult to start a website today, you just need to have your own basic hosting for $5 or $10 a month and a premium theme from ThemeForest so you look amazing from day 1 :D
After you get that setup, you will now need to find your products here, and you can do the sorting and filtering I mentioned above.
I like to use people who have hit level 3+ so I know they're dedicated to their services and I don't have to risk my money, or my new websites reputation, on a new seller who might not deliver. After you found 8 to10 services you'd like to sell that are between $1 and $5, you add them to your own website as if you are offering them. You need to write up your own product descriptions, titles, mark up the price a good amount, and add your own images as the product image so you look unique.
After you get that setup, you need to figure out how you're going to accept payments, I'm currently using 2checkout so I can catch every payment possible. I was using PayPal but they are limited accross the world, which is why I switched it up and started using 2co, but you can still make some sales through PayPal if you can't get accepted into 2co. I tried using Stripe but they don't accept SEO or marketing type websites to their processor, so I deleted my account and registered at 2co lol :D
After I had all of that set up I went over to wufoo and set up a $19 a month account and only have 1 form. I have this form as a sort of "Post Purchase" form so people can submit their exact information for the service they purchased. They give me their name, email, domain, keywords, etc. essentially anything I need to get the job done and then send them a report.

You can, of course, pay less and get the same results. You could already have a domain that is right for this, you might find a hosting provider that is cheaper than $5, you might have a theme already or find something cheaper that works for you, and you might not need a logo if you opt for a basic text logo you can make yourself :D

You don't even have to stop there, you could get bigger and bigger over time, just be sure you save your money and put it back into your business when you do plan on spending it.

Making money like this isn't too difficult, just be sure you save up your money in case you get a chargeback (it will inevitably happen) so you have funds in your account to cover the price of the service plus the fees associated with a chargeback which are usually $15 to $35.
So if you get 10 sales for $10 a piece, and you outsource the work for $1, you'll have $90 in profit. If just one of those orders files a chargeback, let's say it's $35, you're not down to $55 after the money is taken out but now you still lose money from outsourcing the work. So with 9 successful sales and 1 chargeback, you could be at $54 in profit when you should have been at $90.
This is why I don't take money out of my accounts unless I know I have enough in there to cover 10 or even 20 chargebacks. I'm essentially protecting myself as well as saving money that I might have spent somewhere else lol.
Try to bootstrap as much as you can, put all of your profits back into your website promotions, and you will be happy you did. Think about it, if you were to start at just $10 a day in AdWords and make $30 profit from that $10 investment, you can now push it up to $20 a day and make $60 in profit. If you keep doing this you will eventually get up to $100 a day and $300 in profit, which is roughly $100,000 a year :D You don't even have to stop there, you could get bigger and bigger over time, just be sure you save your money and put it back into your business when you do plan on spending it.
A good way to think of your money is to see it as your businesses and not your own. Pay yourself what you need in order to live, invest at least 50% of what's left, and save the rest for a rainy day. If you can do this you'll be successful :)
