Write the reason you're deleting this FAQ
When you're starting out, you may need to outsource some work to a credible SEO company, but you may not know how things work because you're inexperienced in this field. Don't worry, I'm here to write a little bit about the things you may not want to hear, but you need to in order to understand more things about this industry.
There are ways we SEO companies word our pages in order to make you think a certain way, which increases our own sales, and it's a pretty simple trick that's used across the world in every niche. With some of the less than credible SEO companies, the ones that give us a bad name, you won't get much if you upgrade to their premium packages. You're not always going to get 1 on 1 support, even if you're paying for "Premium Support", because most SEO companies don't have the manpower to do this 24/7. You're usually spending more than you're comfortable with because we convince you that you'll do better with certain packages, which cost more, and that's why you'll sign up.
What you're reading was done in a way to entice you to purchase
Copywriting is a major thing when it comes to an SEO company. We know how to write, what to write, and when to write certain trigger words in order to get you to think you want to purchase from us. If we didn't know how to do this, we would never make a sale, because you could always get something better from one of our competitors.
The better a copywriter is the more profits that are rolling into a business because they're convincing more people to sign up. Now, we usually have a great service that has been tested plenty of times, but we have to convince you to sign up with us in order to boost your rankings and increase your sales because a lot of other companies can do the same thing.
Premium content or services don't go far enough
A lot of the times you don't really need the premium service for your website when the basic one will get your ranked just fine. I usually have small, medium, and large packages for anyone interested in hiring us, and they're all pretty different from one another because each is designed for specific niches. The smaller is for new websites in easier niches, the medium one is for new websites in tougher niches or websites that are already established and in a difficult niche, and the large package is for a new or old website in a difficult niche. We tend to tell everyone what they need because we want the best results for our clients, which keeps them coming back. Other companies don't usually do this and they tend to recommend the medium to large packages to anyone that send in an inquiry.
You don't always get 1 on 1 support to help you through tough times
When you're working with an SEO company to boost your rankings, you don't always get 1 on 1 support because the company you're talking with doesn't always have the team in place to do this type of job.
Better SEO companies will hire VAs to manage the support system overnight or to help during the day, but not everyone can do this due to the costs associated with it, so you need to be sure you're getting 1 on 1 support before jumping into bed with a legitimate company to boost your rankings.
You're usually spending more than you want
SEO and online marketing companies don't become successful by settling for what you want. They will convince you that you need the package just above what you were considering, and this means you will usually spend more than you're comfortable with. Most SEO and marketing companies do this, so you will have to stand your ground and just tell them you will only pay a certain amount or you'll go to someone else, and the company will likely settle with you.
In conclusion
When you're going through SEO company websites, you'll likely be convinced to purchase, even if you didn't really think you needed the service performed on your website. You need to be aware that the premium services and content doesn't always go as far as you would think, and this is because less than awesome companies will upsell you on services you don't need. You're not always going to get the support you hope to because most online marketing companies don't have the right team members to do this. And in the end, you'll usually spend more than you really feel comfortable with because the company will entice you into a bigger package that promises better results.

Heck, if I'm hiring someone from an SEO company, I'm expecting them to be as convincing as possible upfront, since that's what I'm looking for.hahaha yeah That makes sense

It isn't just limited to SEO companies, either. I went to college for Graphic Design and Advertising, so I myself know a thing or two about advertisement. I don't have much experience in the field of copywriting, but I'm familiar with the general concepts of advertising and enticing potential clients into consuming your product or service.
Everyone wants to make their company seem like it's the best thing since sliced bread, so it's understandable that copywriting would be a major aspect for SEO companies.
