Although there's this one website who does the same thing with Paypal and they're slowly rising, they still can't outdo the number of people who use paypal. I'm actually a Paypal user and for me it's the best website/platform to make online financial transactions. Here in my country, I can't withdraw my Paypal money because I don't have a bank account. Fortunately I was able to discover GCash, it's an app where you can get a prepaid debit card without a bank account linked and you can just link your Paypal there and transfer your funds without fees. After that I can withdraw my money on the ATM. Paypal is just so good no one can beat it (at least for me).

php 100-php200 and there's no maintaining balance. But transfer from PayPal is between 24hours to 72hours which is a very long time for me. Then PayPal introduced a faster cashout option real-time via remittance centers but the problem is these remittance centers charged a very high rate of $4-$5 or php200-php250 per transaction so it's a lot of wasted money, then GCash came early 2017 and with its real-time PayPal money transfers everything now is very convenient. I started using PayPal 8 years ago and back then all transactions must be through a linked bank account which takes 2 weeks at least then gradually it improved, PayPal began accepting debit cards and for those who doesn't know it yet in the Philippines you could get a visa debit card from RCBC and Union Bank for just $2-$4 or php 100-php200 and there's no maintaining balance.
