I have lots of expired tumblr posts with links that I need to index.
How do you guys recommend I index lots of links? I was looking at using Linklicious and also posting them in a new blog post as ways of indexing.
I used to just submit them to Google with the Search Console, using about 30 different Google accounts. But all from the same IP address, so not sure if that is good.

"The Process (for Skim Readers)#5 involves creating a new Blogger.com blog and posting 10 links at a time in a new post, then deleting the post once the links are indexed to remove footprints.
- Wait 1 week – Let Google find your links
- Ping your links ONE time
- Submit your links to Linklicious ONE time
- Wait a few days and track your results
- Build a web 2.0 on Blogger.com – link to your backlinks that aren’t indexed yet
- Build social signals
- Make sure you track your results"

I know Tumblr links are dofollow and everything but does it actually worth to create massive amounts of them and linking all of them to one domain?
Also, how are you verifying all those blogs inside search console?
I suggest you use this: https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/submit-url - and after every 10 submissions or so, you just change your IP (use Tunnel Bear for this, it is free).
There are a lot of backlink indexing tools out there, some of them are free some of them are not, either way, I don't think it may be a good idea to index them all at once. Take it slow, index a couple, let some index in a natural way.
Otherwise, I fear that may be a little bit too much for Google and it may hit your website with a penalty.
Also, I'm very interested in your process of creating these links and how effective is all of this on the long run.
