SEO Services are powerful because the world is your customer and there are literally hundreds of niches you can hit.
Yes, the mainstream niches that the "Gurus" tell you to go after are highly competitive; ie, doctors, lawyers, chiropractors, dentist, etc... but there are so many more niches that you can go after for your SEO Services.

SEO is the necassery a necessary step to get done with the new and old sites or blog. If you want organic traffic to your blog then you have to get done with all the SEO work. A blog owner cannot write all the stuff for his blog or website so he would have to buy SEO and other services.

It is good to start an SEO business as it is much profitable. You would need to advertise your business on social media and it would not difficult to run the advertising campaign for you as you are already a pro at SEO.

I don't think SEO business is very lucrative. I am no SEO expert, but I know SEO techniques. Since I know how to do SEO, I don't hire SEO experts. Based on my experience with SEO, I have been recently hired to do SEO on a website. However, I believe this is a temporary work because the client will soon understand the know-how of SEO and begin doing SEO by himself.
On the internet, information is free. There are numerous websites and SEO bloggers who are teaching SEO for free. Therefore, there is no market for SEO business.

There are several discussions that I have read which are all pointing to the profitability of the website by using known SEO methods. I have a hunch that forums are going great again because of SEO. That the forums get new members not by invitation anymore but via search engine lists. When their link is included in the search list then they get a visitor that is potential member of the community.
