Keyword suggestions can be a big help when it comes to figuring out what to write about on your website. We all know that content is king, but what happens when you run out of ideas to write about? It can be tough writing about the same niche day after day, but I'm here to show you a little trick in order to always have fresh content ideas!
In the past I've written about how you can use Adwords and title generators in order to get some content ideas, but here's another way coming at you.
What you'll need to do is go to Google and type in your main keyword into the search bar and hit enter. You'll get a bunch of results along with some ads, but that's not what we're looking for Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and you'll see "Searches related to (your keyword)". This is your golden nugget of content ideas because it will give you suggestions of what people are already searching. If people are already searching the keywords, then you're targeting something that can bring you some sales after you do the proper on page and off page optimization
Example: Backlinks
If you study the image above for only a moment you will see that some of these searches are only searched to understand what a backlink is. These are great ideas for content because you can teach people how to do something when it comes to the definition of backlinks or how to write up the code for an HTML link in order to make your own backlinks to post People love when they can learn from free online, so if you help them out they will likely come back to learn more ;)
Another general example to give you a broader idea of what I'm talking about....
Example: Basket Weaving
Looking through this you will again see that people are looking up ways to learn how to do something with basket weaving. You can write something up that teaches a person how to do do basic patterns or some simple techniques in order to get started. I'm sure you could dominate this niche since not many people are going to target "basket weaving" lmao But this gives you an idea of how you can think outside of the box in order to get some content ideas and then dominate the search engines
I've been using this method to get plenty of ideas when it comes to my own websites as well as my clients. I'll usually write down whatever I can off the top of my head and then I'll use this method to generate a few more ideas. This also helps a lot with writers block if you tend to get that more often than others, a simple search can break you out of your slump and snowball into a wave of content that dominates the search engines sending you loads of traffic
The beauty of this is that you can use it for any of the major search engines and get different search suggestions in order to get content ideas. Google, Yahoo! and Bing will all have different search suggestions since each of them has a different user base. The one thing that may be similar is the suggestions between Bing and Yahoo! since they are partnered up for search results. You could likely get similar suggestions because of this.
In Conclusion:
Using this little trick can keep your content generation machine going for years to come. Simply add in your keyword and search it, then go to the bottom and see what other people are searching for. The results will be niche specific and that means you can write about any of them and pull in traffic from Google, Yahoo! or Bing
