What made you want to become a freelancer?

Freelancing isn't something everyone does, it's something that is done by choice and for some people freelancing is not ideal for them. For others freelancing is perfect for them because of their lifestyle because let's face it everyone has a different lifestyle for different purposes and only some things work for them.

When I chose to go into freelancing it was a really easy decision for me, being a stay at home Mum I not only needed something for myself but I also wanted a way to earn that little bit extra for myself because lets face it, all Mother's should be allowed to treat themselves right? I was nervous about going into freelancing, not realising how demanding it could be but I was quite surprised at how laid back it is being in freelancing, there are challenging times but getting through those is always worth it in the end.

Needed the money and I still do. What more do I need to say? Leaving the joke aside I think it was my desire to learn more about the Internet and how ti works and eventually make money out of it. Everyone can go online and waste time browsing but not to many people can't say they can make money while online using just their self-learned skill.

Well, when I started earning money at online it was fun for me ! I mean I wasn't serious about freelancing. I was just spending my time here at online by selling graphics and was enjoying. Even I didn't withdraw my earnings until I need it to buy domain and hosting for my site. After buying domain and hosting for my site I have stopped doing work at online. Because I couldn't find any logic in that time to work and earn money ! However, I was at high school that time and I have enough pocket money, so I didn't need money as well as freelance job. In 2015 I admit myself into college and after several months I felt that I should do some work to get extra money for my study and freelancer is the best method to earn from home. So I have took freelancing very seriously and started working regularly. Now I am selling graphics designing service, hosting etc. I want to thanks SEOClerks, because its the place where I have started my online earning.

You are right mostly everyone wants to be a freelancer these days, but this is not that easy to do. In fact, this is really hard because you need time and dedication. My reason to become a freelancer was to earn money online.
I succeeded and now all is working fine for me!

I decided to be a freelancer because I left employment for good. I have a spinal problem and it's the reason why I shouldn't overwork for long hours. sitting for eight hours alone is really painful to me. I joined a business venture with my friend and while I am building it, I decided to do freelancing part time. I like it because I can do it part time and therefore, it will not consume my time for my business. Also, I don't have to sit for long hours and travel at rush hour. I have control with my time. Just like you, I find freelancing more laid back. No boss and no work schedule to follow. It's a win-win solution for me as I replace my full time job. I maintain a balance between my business, freelancing, and life.

I became a freelancer by choice.I had search for jobs offline and there all get with low pay but with long hours, so I decided to search online for jobs to do on my own at least it will give me ample time to start doing things associated with family life not spending my entire day outdoor tending to another person business.

I always have that hunger that it is possible to make it as a freelancer and the good part of it is that I enjoy writing. So, when I got the opportunity to become a freelance writer, I never looked back in taking up that challenge. I'm happy that I did for it has helped me so much in life.

Freelancing has a lot of potentials to be a regular job of every person who's looking for a work that has less stress environment and more convenient. I believe that if doing a freelance job can really minimize your spending from transportation, meals, and more. If most of the people are doing their work online, It will really lessen the traffic as there are only a few people who travel to go to their work and get stuck in traffic. The only problem is, we do have a slow connection at home. That's why it's hard to acknowledge this kind of industry and see its potential as an alternative source of income since companies can't rely on the internet that we have in our home to do the job that needs to be done on time.

I've always wanted to be my own boss so freelancing seems to be a natural choice the day I decided I had enough with office politics and the daily grind. I've been an employee for years and it was time to move on and practice my profession. I was already handling one client account while still employed and figured that I only needed 5 more to maintain my lifestyle if I quit my job. In the process of exploring ways to gain more clients, I stumbled into a writing opportunity which has since helped me put food on the table. I gained two more accounting clients along the way with one requiring me to work half day on their office. I feel great that I never had to slave away on a desk job that deprived me of the time and energy to be with my family and to do other things that I like.

I never imagined to be working online. This is not to brag but I have a full time job with a high salary. It all started when I was invited to be a guest blogger. After my stint in blogging, I was introduced to paid forum posting. To be honest, I enjoyed the forums although there were snags occasionally. Now I realize that freelancing can be my occupation when I retire from my office job.
