There is a saying in management, that the greatest tool to motivate the employees is money. But now things have changed over time, money isn’t the only thing. For example, Google allows their employees superior freedom of choice, on working hours and in between they can also go to the gym, play table tennis, or get a massage and not to mention their in-office cafeteria.
For me, I am very easy to get bored doing the same thing again and again, I am always looking for a different genre for work. But it is always not the same, like for an instance, now that I am spending most of my time working in SEOclerks the orders that I get, but sometimes I feel bored and lazy to continue.
To overcome this, I take a lot of breaks in between my work, also I go for power walks, listen to music, watch movie on one station while working in another station and I live on caffeine.
How do you keep yourself motivated?

Music gets me motivated head phones in my android phone and playing my favourite tracks to help me focus. If I find my mind wondering from time to time and can't concentrate I will take 15 minutes and sit quietly in a form of meditation. Many people does diss meditation but trust me it helps a lot with concentration and yes motivation gives the energy you need .
All this combined in one is my daily tools . The great thing about working from home is your freedom to take breaks when ever you want. Not having a boss looking over your shoulder great motivation for me is taking the odd break for example make a cuppa coffee and stretch your legs and body if your like me you need this if your sat with a laptop for hours.
