Completed 25 orders/purchases/affiliate Sales on time
Have no infractions (follow the rules)
Login very often (once per 7 days)
First completed sale is at least 60 days old
You must verify your physical address (only users who joined after May 6th, 2016)
Have a 90% rating or higher
72 Hour or less response time
Please check your own userlevel stats against these requirements for level 3
For instance, if your first withdrawal was less then 20 days ago, your level won't show as Level 3.
