Now this can still be done, but it will weed out all the crappy SEO tactics that are being done in order to beat credible companies in the rankings. I myself actually piggy back a lot off of credible websites in my own niches. But what I do is post a sales thread or informational thread on a website, blog or forum and then I keep it active in the comments. While I'm keeping it visually active, I also slowly build backlinks to these pages so that they seem natural. By doing this, my posts will eventually content on the top of the SERPs for competitive keywords It does take a while if you do it right, but it pays off pretty well. And if you can get your posts ranked for competitive keywords, you will most likely see your own website there soon after. Hell, you may even see your website pop up the same time that your posts do
I'm sure that website owners are happy with this too because now they don't have to worry about people building pages and affecting all of their pages with crappy SEO. Like I said above, people will post and then build a ridiculous amount of backlinks over night in hopes to rank #1 using the parasite page. Now they can't do that, and I love it
I'm sure people will find shortcuts for this, they always do lol. The more SEO advances, the trickier we get when ranking websites
Thanks,
Razzy This update seems neccessary because of how many times I've seen people post randomly on popular websites and then saying they've build 10,000 backlinks to that page over night in hopes to jump in the rankings over night.
