Please tell me why can't i place order from my country Pakistan? I can't see my country while giving the account details for purchasing followers reply me as soon as possible

Paypal: If you're using paypal, your account could be limited and that is why you're restricted from purchasing currently. If this is the case you will have to contact paypal directly and see why your account is limited. Work with them to lift the limitation and you'll be able to purchase again.
Your Country: Your country and preferred payment method may not work together. I know that there are a few payment methods that I can't access because of where I'm located, and it's pretty annoying.
Wrong Info: If you're trying to use a credit card and you're putting in the wrong payment information then you'll be rejected immediately. Try going over your payment information and make sure you're submitting it correctly.
You may be under review: Your account may be under review for fraudulent actions. If you raised any red flags, automated or manual, then your account will be watched for any type of new fraudulent activities to ensure the marketplace is staying safe for other buyers and sellers.
If none of these apply, you'll have to contact the support desk and see what is going on. Your account could have something wrong with it and someone in the support team can help you out pretty easily. Or you could just be the slightest anomaly and fell out of the payment system for some reason, but I highly doubt that's what happened lol
Go over your payment methods, check the payment information you have entered in, and contact support if nothing changes.
