I am busy checking out all the plugins that everyone recommended in my previous discussion there I asked for advice on which plugins to use for Guest Posts.
So I will have a page on my website where visitors can submit guest posts.I am looking for ideas to get the message out there to bloggers and online marketers that they can submit guest posts.
Yes I will optimize that page for SEO and I will also share on social media and via newsletter of course.
I was just wondering if there are any other tips and tricks I can use to make people aware of it? Maybe there is a website that lists great blogs that offer guest posts that I can submit my websites to?

A few things I was going to try:
You'll have to offer your writers something in exchange to entice them to post for you. I'm doing a revenue split and I'm also letting them post their website URLs along with social profiles on their profiles and each post they make just so they can get some of the traffic they are helping pull in. I was actually looking into this exact same thing the other day because I have a news related website that I just launched and I'm trying to get more writers for it. I don't have the budget to pay them to post, so I need them to post out of the goodness of their own hearts. Yeah, I'm going to advertise on blogs about blogging to get bloggers to blog on my website lol :D I'll likely get a few people wanting to sign up, but I'm not sure how many and if it's even worth it.[/*][*]Forum Advertising: I was going to post a BST (buy sell trade) thread on some popular blogging forums and marketing forums in order to spread the word about my new website and that I'm looking for bloggers to help with content.[/*][*]Facebook/Adwords/Adcenter PPC advertising: I set up a page on my website that is letting people know that we're looking for writers. I want to set up a PPC campaign to see if I can get writers this way, but it could cost more than it's worth since PPC is never a guaranteed thing :([/*]
You'll have to offer your writers something in exchange to entice them to post for you.
