But if you still have the job open and he/she hasn't sent the work and refuses to refund you, then you can report him/her.
Go to the order page and scroll to the bottom where you can leave a message.
It will look like this:
See where it says "Cancel Order" and "Got Problems?"
Click "Cancel Order" and try to do a mutual cancelation.
If the seller refuses to do so then go back and click "Got Problems?" and report them.
It will look like this:
The SeoClerks staff will review your order and what has been going on then they will take action if necessary.
If everything is going how you claim it has been, I don't see why you wouldn't get a refund. The seller doesn't seem to know what they're doing and are just stalling, which is pretty sad
