how to report the seller?

this seller name is jewel. he failed to deliver the order and refused to refund my money. how to report this seller?

If you confirmed the order already, then nothing can be done about it.

But if you still have the job open and he/she hasn't sent the work and refuses to refund you, then you can report him/her.


Go to the order page and scroll to the bottom where you can leave a message.
It will look like this:

See where it says "Cancel Order" and "Got Problems?"

Click "Cancel Order" and try to do a mutual cancelation.

If the seller refuses to do so then go back and click "Got Problems?" and report them.

The SeoClerks staff will review your order and what has been going on then they will take action if necessary.

If everything is going how you claim it has been, I don't see why you wouldn't get a refund. The seller doesn't seem to know what they're doing and are just stalling, which is pretty sad how to report the seller?

I did tried to cancel the order twice in last 2 days and he abort it most of the time. I paid usd 1.45 and he just refund usd1. yeah finally! this guy is a thief. just be careful

Yeah I think the $0.45 is actually an admin cost though, not the sellers fee so this could be the reason why you were refunded $1.00 and not $1.45.

Just so you know about that $0.45 fee I just recently found out that if you pay using your balance that $0.45 cost is not added on to each purchase. So instead of paying when you place your order rather pay an amount into your account balance on SeoClerks and then place your order.
