Hello everyone,
I am using Mozilla Thunderbird for email and I am having a strange issue when sending or replying to communications. For some time I only had two mail accounts. Recently I added a third, Google. Now when I send a communication out from one of the first two accounts that I originally had the person receiving the communication shows that the mail it is coming from the newly added Google account. This happens on all sent or replied communications. I have double checked that the send account is correct but it still send from the wrong account, this is quite irregular. I've looked through the settings but am unable to figure out or find how to fix this. If anyone knows how to resolve this issue it would be very helpful.

On the toolbar > Help > Troubleshooting information
Click the show profile Button.
Close Thunderbird by clicking the X in the corner. It must not be running for the next part
In the File manager Windows that opened, open the mail folder.
Now open the Toad Runner folder. It will probably be named pop-server.gt.rr.com but it may also include a number
Delete the file popstate.dat
Close the File manager windows and restart Thunderbird.
Mail from the account should not download, but as the file that was deleted to reset the server details contains details of other mail on the server but already downloaded you will most likely receive old mail over again. Depending on your server retention settings Sounds like Road runner may have reindexed the emails on the server. That would certainly be the most common cause of the error.
