Missing Affiliate Sale On My Account?

So i got a new affiliate sign up under me & that new affiliate made a purchase straight away.
On my affiliate page, next to that member's username, last login, etc.. it says that they have spend $5, but there is no record of this sale on the top part which says what the gigs are they have bought & wither it is delivered, etc..
My last recorded affiliate sale is from before that new affiliate signed up, but yet, the new affiliate has $5 next to his name & i got an email telling me an affiliate sale was made.
Any know why this happened?
