Wanted to share my experience with you guys even to try to calm down a bit by putting it in writing. So there is a buyer, who is clearly not native english as it is difficult to understand what he writes, but anyway - he ordered a short article and I sent it over. He decided to rate me negatively because according to him I should have made sure that the text was 100% correct before submitting.
As you may see from the 'proof' that he sent there was a medical term Achilles Tendonitis, which according to this advanced spell checker was not correct.
So, mind you this was a 250word article and there was 1 TERM OUT OF 250WORDS!
Rather than discussing this with me, he just completed the order but rated me negatively. I let him know that this is a m?edical term that can be written both ways as you can see from a WIKIPEDIA PAGE [quoting 'Tendinitis (also tendonitis)']
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tendinitis
I invited him to also google other sites about this term to see for himself.
Now, please tell me - why do we have to deal with these kinds of people, and then end up getting a negative rating that has basically dented my 100% positive rating, which has been like that for over 2 years?! I feel so irritated!

I notice you have 590 positive reviews, that's pretty incredible! I think we all get a negative review at some point. Sometimes the buyer just doesn't want to provide a positive review, may not be pleased with the outcome and there is nothing you can do about it.
I also had a perfect score until 500+ positive reviews. And I always tried to refund the buyer in return for removing that am potential negative review, until one day when I realize you can't make everybody happy so you may well take it like a man.
Anyway, try to negotiate in PM, maybe you'll fix it. Hope you do because I know how bad you're feeling right now. Cheers mate. So sorry to hear you lost your perfect score EliteWriter!
