Having Problems withdrawing my earnings

Hello, I'm having problems withdrawing. I put my Paypal email in and I still haven't gotten my verification. I checked my spam folder and everything, still no email. This was done 24 hours ago, What could be the issue?

I just want to withdraw my earnings.

If email didn't arrive and you can't withdraw your earnings, then you should contact help desk at https://ionicware.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and let them know about your problem to solve it as soon as possible.

You probably noted that website had some changes recently and there may be some issue with verification emailing, or may be some other reason.... I hope you will fix this soon and get your payment. Good luck.

It's fixed now. But I still didn't get the email verification, but It let me withdraw my earning. I'm questioning security now.

I am assuming this is the first time you are withdrawing your earnings? Check in the Settings of your account to see if your PayPal address is visible. Then try to withdraw. PayPal payments are issued momentarily, within 4 minutes. Last week I got an email that the payment was made, but it took a while for the tracking number to become visible in the withdrawal history. It was about an hour later that I actually got the money in my PayPal account. If you still have any problems just contact support. Hope you will resolve this soon.

Yeah, I did all of that. It didn't even say I was verified and then I withdrawed and It let me. Lol?

You don't really need to question security for this might just be an issue concerned with network with the email company that you've got an account with. Such situation can arise once in while and all we could do is to accept that in good faith.

Hi Nextant thanks for showing your concern. This is really unfortunate, if you do not get verification code via email. Though I never faced such issue. Do you double checked your email, which you insert on setting area? If, you wrote email really correctly, I do think so, you must to get verification email for next changing. And system will send you email very immediately or instantly. Either, something went wrong with you. I think that may bug on your profile. If so, nothings we could fix by suggesting here. You should contact with help desk at now. They must to fix your problem.

I checked my email and everything (Spam, important). But It doesn't show I am verified, and I still was able to withdraw everything. This raises some security concerns for me.

Was the staff able to get your ticket before the verifying? They probably verified it for you manually as you're quite popular in the Community Discussions, and there is ways to show if you're the one who initiated the withdrawal request.

The site's security is actually pretty great, and i have no issues with my account in terms of security. They even have features that you can enable to increase the security of your account. I wouldn't necessarily question the security of the website until it's clear as to how the verification happened. I would need more information about the verification process from you to make a decision..
