You know working for your self can be really easy and some times really annoying as there are certain things i am pretty sure that either you do not know how to do as good as you want or you just do not have the time to do. So you out source correct? How do you go about weeding out the proper options for the service you are looking to out source? You cant just go for any old thing you know. So i want to know from my fellow freelancers what are some steps you guys take when it comes to outsourcing? Choosing the right worker, service, etc.

So this means you won't be able to pay quality people to do quality work, because you'll keep rates down. So the way I see it is that you have no choice but to hire less skillful people but with a desire to learn and make money.
I did this with my guys. Trained them the first few times, lost some money and some clients, but I kept showing them the ropes and they eventually manage to complete a decent project on their own. Still lower quality than I hoped for, but nevertheless decent work that can I outsource.
In the end, I'm happy to turn a profit around and they're happy to earn money. I still have two guys on my payroll, I give them some non-important work to complete from time to time when I'm full. If you want to outsource I guess you also want to turn a profit around right? So this means you won't be able to pay quality people to do quality work, because you'll keep rates down.
