Ask Me Anything Threads. Cool or crazy idea for SEOClerks?

If you've ever been on WF (warriorforum), you've probably seen the "WAMA" they have, right?

They've had WAMA's with Ray Chan, founder of 9GAG for instance, so we would have to limit this, to SEOClerks users alone, in that case.

Would it be cool to have something like that here on SEOClerks too?

Well we had this on our previous forum, "Ask me" where you could ask questions to these members who did want to set up thread and answer questions. I had my thread there, and i remember reading some other threads like Jordan DeLozier, Beverly etc... Sounds like cool idea to me

Yeah, I had my own thread there too and I actually miss those threads. It's fun and one can get a bunch of information from reading those too.. Without even asking a single question as others are doing that.. Ask Me Anything Threads. Cool or crazy idea for SEOClerks?

Well, for certain categories I think seoclerks needs to have options for packages. Like video editing, I could have three different packages for the client to choose from. The first one is the cheapest, and you get less. And second and so on so on, This would really help with coding services and all around. This could be a feature in with the options like quick delivery.
I think also you should be able to put videos in your service gallery. So people can view you video in the gallery, like the thumbnails of your service.

Some cool thoughts that would make it easier for sellers, even buyers.

Thanks,

I don't think you understand what hitmeasap is talking about lol.

An AMA thread is more of something where people post it and the users ask whatever questions they want the user to answer. Now the OP doesn't have to answer what he thinks is too intrusive, but most of the questions are friendly... usually.

An AMA thread is big on Reddit where celebrities and public figures will go and post one. I think Arnold Shwartzenager and Ashton Kutcher did one, but I don't remember exactly lol.

In the Ask Me Anything you can post what you're willing to answer, like topics and stuff. You can also post what you don't want to answer like personal questions.

I personally prefer sticking to online marketing and SEO. Such type of threads can be popular on forums with a general community. But since we are on a specific niche, I think it would be better to stay professional. Besides, if you exclude the popular daily posters, everybody else will ignore such topics since they won't feel a part of the "community".

Maybe, but maybe they might like to do something fun and in that way be drawn more into the community?

Yes this website and forum is niche specific but sometimes it is nice to have a bit of fun and get to know people a bit better other than what their SEO skills are Ask Me Anything Threads. Cool or crazy idea for SEOClerks?

Hey Cristian,
I see your point and I had the same thoughts too, for starters. However AMA's can be of high value as it would allow people to ask questions to these specific people.. And, with the use of such threads people could benefit a lot as they can get a better insight of the persons business, thoughts and values.

Nothing is free in life is an commonly used sentence.. But information is free and SEOClerks community discussion is a good example of that. Ask Me Anything Threads. Cool or crazy idea for SEOClerks?
