I want to know more about Force cancel.
Why is this option available when there is already one option called mutual cancelation and if someone is not agreed with the proposal then he choose mutual cancelation. Then why does this option for Force cancelation even still exist? Anyone have any idea please share it.

I would tend to stay away from force cancelations, and always work with the buyer to solve any issues. Only use this feature if you have to, and if you don't mind that it will reflect on your account negatively. Typically this feature is used to cancel an order immediately, especially if a buyer is not happy with the results, or didn't sign back in to offer requirements. However, if you use this feature it'll have a negative impact on your ratings which can not be adjusted. Also, some sellers use this feature if a buyer ordered the service, and the seller can not properly perform work. They'll force cancel the order just to get it canceled without having to wait the time duration. I would tend to stay away from force cancelations, and always work with the buyer to solve any issues.
