Vlogging is becoming more popular as the hardware for making the videos becomes cheaper. The video editing software is much more affordable as well, a while ago you couldn't get a good piece of video editing software for less than $250 Content Creators: Blogging or Vlogging?

A lot of people will watch a video longer than they would read an article. So vlogging has its benefits for that reason, but you will lack content if all you're doing is posting videos. This is why I suggest that if someone wants to build a vlog, they should add a lot of content underneath their video in order to attract people from the search engines and give them an option to either watch the video or read the content. It's a win win Content Creators: Blogging or Vlogging?

Blogging and vlogging are both effective as long as the information that is being shared is interesting and valuable. As a writer I would probably opt for blogging. However this does not mean that I am against vlogging as I like watching videos; I just am not capable of creating them. Setting up a vlog is more demanding than a blog in that you need to have the right equipment such as a good camera and professional editing software. It is also more time consuming. However for those who have the right tools and skills it can surely be fun.

Which would earn you more money? Vlogging or blogging? I think it's primarily vlogging due to how easy it is for anyone to go to Youtube for informating. Anything that you would need is basically on Youtube in a video format. However, the startup costs are pretty steep and some people often refuse to go on camera. I personally wouldnt want to go on camera to vlog, however I have thought about it before but unsure what my vlogging channel would be about. I often change my mind so I'll probably blog and vlog, and hopefully they both are successes!

Blogging is all done with text while, vlogging is all done with videos. In my opinion, vlogging is doing blogging using videos. With videos becoming a possible factor for ranking on SERP, vlogging is becoming as important as blogging in terms of content creation. I wouldn't say one is better for than the other because some people prefer reading, while other people prefer visuals. I personally do both and like to back up my blog with videos I create for related content. This helps me promote my video and maximises my reach to cover all the audiences to maximise the effectiveness of the content.

Have you ever wondered if your Youtube channel's audience actually clicks on your links that you post on the video's down bar, or video description? Do they just tend to stay on the channel, and don't venture elsewhere, or have they discovered your blog due to you having a Youtube channel?

How exactly do you target the specific audience that you do while on Youtube? Your target is primarily addiction, and making money, correct? Is it hard to find a wide audience, and are some of your viewers attempting recovery, and making money at the same time? Just some questions I thought about.

Vlogging requires you to have camera or smartphone. Also you need good internet connection to reach more people. And if you have enough content then sure this can be a good way to reach more people. I have seen fair share of people who are doing both. But it is not going to be any easy. So Vlogging has it's share of benefits and issues. Doing both would be much better option.

I am not really against vlogging albeit I believe that it will be the fashion in the near future. But for me, it is still the written word that is most effective. First reason is that I am not good in making videos. Second is I am not good in speaking. Third is I am not good when in front of the camera. Anyway, I know that vlogging does not necessarily mean that I will be in the video. It takes time and effort to create a vlog while a blog is a simple written article.

If you have language skills and know how to write, you can easily blog and become a blogger. Blogging is related to writing and publishing online. Apart from language and writing skills, you need knowledge on SEO, SEM, and SMM.
Vlogging is more of a technical work. You need to have video creation skills. In order to create video, you need to first shoot video then edit video and publish on youtube or on your blog and website. Vlogging also requires writing skills because you also need to write script for the video and later develop written content about the video.

I love more of vlogging and I know one can reach a large audience with vlogging.A lot of people watch videos than reading blogs, this is what I have personally noticed.

Get to see even an illiterate phone content, one will see so many downloaded videos that stored files.. So if one create educative, interesting and informative videos then more people are bound to watch it.
