As a seller improving your communication with buyers is very important because they will more likely to return if you have good communication and provide quality services. Today we will discussion how to provide good communication:
Fast responses: Always respond to your clients as soon as possible. Some sellers reply when the work is complete and that is often many days. Reply to your seller as soon as they place an order; even if it is just “Thanks for ordering!”.
Email on phone: Whenever someone contact you on a website via private messages, you get an email so it is important to have an email app on your phone and enable push notifications so you know immediately when someone contacts you.
Good English: Always answer in good English and proof read your answers. It makes you look very bad if you are making spelling or grammar mistakes and decrease the chance of your customers coming back.

This is terrible, but it leaves an awesome opportunity for other businesses to really stand out by giving outstanding service. I always notice good service simply because of the lack of good service. Putting a little bit of extra effort in to each out to your customers and get to know them will really benefit sellers. There are a lot of sellers that can really benefit from these tips. I have found that the level of service I receive in general from businesses is really low. I'm not sure the reason for this. In South Africa lots of businesses, especially in the area I live in give really shoddy service. This is terrible, but it leaves an awesome opportunity for other businesses to really stand out by giving outstanding service. I always notice good service simply because of the lack of good service. Putting a little bit of extra effort in to each out to your customers and get to know them will really benefit sellers.
