I want to edit some of my older tweets to fix grammar errors and update with more relevant information. Is it possible to edit a tweet?

The only way to edit your tweet would be to actually delete the tweet, and then tweet the message. A lot of users have asked why they can't edit their tweets, and so far the Twitter never really gives a solid answer, they just state that it's "easier said than done". So you may have to live with your grammar errors and typos until Twitter decides to make a function that will allow it's users to edit tweets. It should already be a function users could have access to, but for some reason they don't. It is currently not possible to edit a tweet after it has been posted.
