Do you find it useful to journal when you feel stress? This has always been one of my best ways to relieve stress and anxiety and it helps to get the thoughts out of my head and into a concrete form so that I can analyze what I'm really feeling. Does this work for you?
in stress i prefer to do relegion relief like reading some prayers and holy book that help alot in stress

I worry that one day someone might gain access to my private journal and that would be very embarrassing for more than just me as I write about everyone there. I'm very happy with my personal journaling. Though I write lots of private things down in my journal.
