Ok, I see a list of countries that are support by PayPal but does anyone have a list of countries that are banned/blocked by PayPal? I know some countries like Nigeria are.

*this countries on this list could have changed since. Please contact Paypal directly for further information. One source states that as of May 2013, the following countries do not have Paypal support: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea), Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Ghana, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Monaco, Moldova, Montenegro, Myanmar, Pakistan, Paraguay, Saint Lucia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Timor-Leste, Uzbekistan and Zimbabwe. *this countries on this list could have changed since. Please contact Paypal directly for further information.
