    I sold a site and we are using Escrow.com to look over the transaction. I pushed the domains to the user using namecheap.com. It was instant and he now has them. On escrow.com I see:

    After the transfer process has been started, please click the continue button to move the transaction forward and provide your Buyer the opportunity to mark the domain as received on the Escrow.com site.

    But there is no continue button. No where. I've sent a message to support but no answer yet (weekend). What do I do? Where is the continue button?

    I don't know, if you later got an answer for this, but one thing that you really need to have on situations like this is patience for that is the virtues that will keep you posted about the whole thing and that the support team of the site didn't respond might mean that they don't work on weekends. So, I will be keen to hear how you later went about solving the issue at the end.
