It is a given that Google is the largest search engine and the next in line is far behind in second place in terms of users. That may be the reason why search engine optimization is always focused on Google and that some users even think that SEO is only for Google. They didn’t know that SEO works for all search engines that what you get from Google you also get from other search engines although not in the same terms.

Search engine optimization is a way to make your site and content appear in the search results by adding keywords, generating backlinks, improving site speed and having a good site design. Search engine optimization is done not only for Google, but also for yahoo, Bing and other search engines.

And Google being the most dominant search engine then SEO is primarily for the benefit of your website from Google’s search list.
