Twitter fanpages

Just wondered what you guys thought of this idea, I looked around and could not seem to see any rules against posting this in here but if it's not allowed please remove it.

Can you use your signature line for the Twitter fan page? I think signature lines are allowed, though I haven't tried mine out yet.

Signature lines are not allowed in this site as far as I see it.
Back on topic, I didn't know Twitter got fan pages. Since when did this started?

As for the idea of Twitter fan pages, i think it was covered on his own forum and blog sufficiently.

And, how unfortunate he can't link to it even in signature line.

I have read all of the comments above and I am confused because this is the first time that I’ve come across Twitter fan pages. I know the fan page is in Facebook but I didn’t know that Twitter has it. Unfortunately the comments were not enough to shed light on what this Twitter fan page is all about. Is that for real or just a suggestion. And then comes the topic of signature which added to my confusions.
