    How long does it take for facebook to resolve some account problems?

    Someone I know has requested facebook to allow login because his IP was changed and facebook was asking to enter a security code before the person can login but never send the security code to mobile. Do you have any idea how long does facebook might take to resolve this issue? Has this happened with you also? Please let me know if you have any experience with this.

    The Facebook team will always tell the user how long it is going to take to solve issues to avoid the user thinking that they are not ready to solve the issue anymore. I think that's really the way to go about it.
