There's no chat room as such. But you can simply add more than one person to a conversation. Click Options on the chat box, Add friends to Chat and that should serve the same purpose.

And, I believe you can even chat with multiple people on a Facebook group via the chat feature by inviting. Though you might be capped as to how many people can chat at once.

A friend of mine added me to a multi person chat at Valentines day to wish us all a nice holiday. It was very crowded with everyone talking. I didn't know anyone there so I left the conversation.

No there is no any chat rooms in facebook but you can add friends to chat and chat with many friends at once.
