The more posts a person reads on your Facebook page, the more likes you will get. And, there's a good chance they will share your posts with others. So how can you ensure that your reader stays on your page longer?

Keep it mixed up on your Facebook posts, sometimes posting a meme or infographic (or other visual) and other times, posting a short but informative message or video that viewers will want to watch. Just do what you can to keep your posts interesting.

Just post interesting content for your niche and don't worry about copying others. It's OK to share content from other pages, so long as it's relevant to your own discussion. Another thing, comment on other related pages (signed in as the page admin) and your page link will appear as the user. That is sure to get more fans for your own page.

If you have a lot of interesting posts on your facebook page, then people will stay on your page for long. people are attracted to visual media, therefore, people will stay longer if you have interesting photos and videos. people are also interested in quiz and poll. If you have quiz and poll, people will participate in these quiz and poll and will eventually stay longer.

First question – is the theme of your Facebook page universal? Second question – are your posts relevant to the theme? Third question – are you interacting enough? As the admin of the page, you have to react when no one is reacting on a post. I myself would stop going to a Facebook page when I would feel ignored. It is normal to post and find no reaction but if that happens again then I’d say I don’t fit in so it’s time to leave. You have to maintain the exchange of communications just like in a forum.
