Choose your keywords and make sure you have a 5-7% density inside the actual article.

Also, make sure you deliver only unique content, without any grammar mistakes and accurate as far as the information goes.

Writing the contents is the first on the list of SEO methods that I have learned. As they say content is king so we should be better at it. If is only recently that I have learned about the keywords that appear on the contents. All the while I thought that the keywords should only be in the tagging and not in the contents. Anyway when there is too much keywords in the content then I understand that it spamming.

Begin with keyword research on the topic you want to write. Find keywords that have 500-5000 monthly hits. The keywords you choose should be less competitive yet have high search hits. Do the Google search on the keywords you have selected and read the relevant articles. If the article you find answers the keyword properly, don't attempt to write because it will be difficult to get in the top position
When you are writing, have keywords on the title and the body. Use at least 5 percent keywords in your article body.
Write in short paragraphs. If you are writing a long article divide in sections and use H1 H2 and H3 tags.

There is a saying that you should be writing for your audience and not for SEO. However, the question in this discussion is writing an article about SEO so I might as well give my opinion. SEO is all about being ranked in the search engine list. And to land on page 1 of the search engine list, a good article can be your passport. It is unique and with a lot of information to share not to mention that it is original and not a spun article. When you write flawlessly with the grammar and good sentence construction, I’d say you have a good SEO article.
