    Is it worthwhile to buy or get wiki backlinks? Are these valuable for SEO and search engine position?

    wiki link are no follow, they will get visitors but not usefull for seo purpose

    Most wiki links are created by bots/software... If it will cost you, it's not worth the cost. If you have the software to create thousands of them, it won't hurt you but generally it has no effect on quality of links built or whatsoever. It's just quantity and nothing else!

    I think if you have informational site then these links can bring a lot of traffic. But with adblockers, traffic is not much important. You want buyers and that is what you should be looking forward to. You can see that some of the adblockers can be even avoiding the links. So wiki backlinks are not worth it if they are not making sales. But yes you can use them for increasing domain reputation.
