Are PR 9 backlinks possible?

One PR9 backlink is far more valuable than 100 PR 1 or PR 0 backlinks. So how can you get the coveted PR 9 backlink?

I do see some banners of "pr 9" on webmaster forums, you can buy a pr 9 link from there as well.

I guess you can get backlink from a pr9 site. I saw people getting backlinks from wikipedia, and I'm pretty sure wiki has pr9 or more! I do envy them, because I don't know the trick

It is really very hard to get a link from pr9 site, what you can do is you can find pr9 site and request the admin of those sites if they are willing to sell link.
