Yes, there are some job related search engines where employers can submit job ads for free but job candidates must pay to search for those jobs.

Yes. From what I remember, the job applicants paid at least $200 for access to the job opportunity listings.

If memory serves, it was a monthly fee, like $20 + dollars/monthly, totaling $200 something dollars a year. But the typical search engine user was a lawyer or other high paid professional. So they could afford it.
