    Google News: Say Goodbye to Google HelpOuts

    Since 2013, Google HelpOuts has offered a place where people can go to get live video based help from niche experts on a variety of subjects. And now, like so many other Google products and services, Google Helpouts will be closing on April 20, 2015.

    The Helpouts site was always by invitation only for experts. And, it was so hard to get an invitation. I'm just as glad to see them go.
