. I mean the reward system works only in few regions. I live in India, and bing doesn't have any reward policy for Indians. It could be because they are trying to target US first and then rest of the world.

I wouldn't think it to be a incentive to use bing. It is like giving bribe to users to use bing :D

As of now bing doesn't have referral program. I guess referral programs are useful only when something new is launched and need hell lot of promotion. But bing is already a known site, I don't think they need this trick to grow :)
