There are many good reasons to use Bing Webmaster Tools. For one thing it gives you another perspective, outside Google. Here are some others:

Also, with ever changing google algorithm, we can't rest on one strategy to be successful everytime.
I would partially agree with you. I mean why would try to target bing users, if you have more than 1000 users coming from google everyday ? :D Also, with ever changing google algorithm, we can't rest on one strategy to be successful everytime.

Don't you think you are missing something ? I mean you are concentrating or talking only about successful site. What about new sites or sites which don't have traffic ? Don't you think they can try bing webmaster tool ? :D
