Put your customer reviews and media blurbs to work

Nothing sells a product like positive reviews and recommendations from other customers. So put your customers words to use, by taking screenshots of testimonials (or simply copying and pasting) and posting on your home page (preferrably in a place that will be noticed by your ideal customer or site user). Even one simple blurb at the top of every page could be enough to land an additional sale or convince someone that your forum is the right place to be.

This can be especially applied to your SEOClerks profile page, where you can feature reviews and comments by previous customers who were satisfied with your services.

If you have positive press from the local news, such as interviews or reviews by credible sources, then add those too.

You can extend this idea by placing screenshots of media quotes or customer reviews (banner size) in your signature line on forums where you post. This might be the ideal way to get attention from others and encourage them to visit your site.

Just think of all the ways you could apply this idea to your site.

You need to create a portfolio of your best work and link to it from as many places as possible so that people will see all the good work you have to offer. Otherwise, how will anyone know what you are worth if you don't show them?

I travel abroad frequently and my source of accommodation is thru the travel websites like booking.com or tripadvisor that offer a list of hotels. When a hotel looks good, I would be checking on the feedback of past customers. I understand that those hotel reviews may not be 100% accurate and some may even be a smear but at least those reviews can serve as a basis. For me, a customer review is very important in promoting your business.
