Social media is also my suggestion because it is a very fertile place to do your marketing chore. Posting about the promotion of your business interest in social media is free and easy. However, you need to have an account that is active and dynamic which means you have friends and followers who know your presence. If you are not reacting to the posts and tweets of your connections then you have no established presence. Anyway, use your social media account for the promotion of your business.

Sorry to say but it is not working like in 2015 when I posted.

Now you can create a Blog with genuine content(No copied or scrape) OR you can go with product/service review site where you can offer your product/service whenever users visit your blog/website to get some information.
Try to post answers on QnA sites where you can get genuine buyers.
Email marketing is still not dead, try to send mails with attractive offers.

Yahoo answers.
Perform a report that talking about the service you promoting and insert your affiliate links in it then give it away for free in forums and social media pages that are related to your service.
Post articles in e-zine directories and insert affiliate links in the author box below the article. You can also insert affiliate links in the article it self (do that on many e-zine directories as you can)
Perform video on YouTube then insert affiliate links in the video description.

All of these methods are free methods, so it need some time to work.

Instead, you can use paid methods that will make fast results.

Google adward.
Solo ads.
