Make my affiliates more active.. Tips?

Clerks Nation,
I've recently made up my mind. I'm about to start gaining more affiliates, however, before I do that (or during the time I do it) I want the affiliates I have today, to become more active.

Some of them are purchasing services on a daily basis which is exactly what I'm after.. But I've noticed that several affiliates of mine, hasn't even logged in for months..

I have a few ideas on how I could try to make them more active but instead of just barging right to it, I thought I'd ask you.

How would you do it, have you done it and how did you do it? Share some ideas

Here's a few affiliates of mine: (as you can see, there's several affiliates who hasn't logged in for several weeks/months!)
