Drop In Facebook Ad Convertions!

Has anyone else expireinced a drop in the amount of sign ups and sign ups that convert from facebook advertising? On the last contest i used facebook advertising and got good results as far as getting affiliates that purchase gig, although i didnt win the contest. My point is, now that the new contest has started i restarted the facebook ad campaign, but no sign ups yet, not even anywhere near the amount of clicks either. Anyone else not getting as good results from it? I used the same image, same text, same targets, etc.. as its the same ad campaign from then that i just pused when i the contest stopped.
